OK , New Year new method for bread. I have found a new site/youtube channel , call bake with Jack

Main different from my original recipe is the fact this takes alot……. longer to make. decide to do wholemeal this week. looks and tastes a little better . no sure if it’s worth the extra time.

So we had a bake off battle today , between Anthony and William.

Anthony did a loaf of normal bread, while william did a ‘tear and share’ bread.
